FSIN gives a move to Savchenko’s statement on extradition

The FSIN began to collect the documents necessary for further resolving the issue of extradition of the Ukrainian prisoner of war of Nadezhda Savchenko to his homeland. This was reported by TASS with reference to the press service of the prison department.

The documents will be sent to the Russian Ministry of Justice "to agree on the issue of transfer with the competent authority of Ukraine", the FSINITS noted. If the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine guarantees the "execution of the sentencing of the Russian court in relation to the convicted person", the presentation of the Federal Penitentiary Service on Extence Savchenko will be sent to the court.

Savchenko completed the extradition documents on April 29 . The prisoner refused to admit the imputed guilt in these papers. Nevertheless, she agreed to pay a fine of 30 thousand rubles, assigned to her on a fabricated charge of illegally crossing the Ukrainian-Russian border.

Lawyer Nikolai Polozov, who visited Savchenko in the SIZO-3 in Novocherkassk, noticed that the captivity of the prisoner after removing a dry hunger strike improved, although she complained that the restoration was slow.
