Investigators in the Belgorod region opened a criminal case after the death of a 38-year-old patient, who was transported by ambulance for several hours from one hospital to another, according to the website of the regional investigative department.
According to investigators, on May 7, 2016, the man became ill, relatives called an ambulance, which brought him to city hospital No. 1, but they refused to hospitalize him there.
