"Businessstory - 2016": Igor Usma

9 years ago, the best businessmen of Krasnoyarsk talked about life and themselves on the air of the TVC. Within the framework of the Businessstory television project, the townspeople learned about who and how they built their business, whether the unprincipled entrepreneurs have a soul, and what it is like not to sleep for days for their favorite business.

After 9 years, as part of the 22nd anniversary of the TVC, we decided to repeat the project and find out the heroes of the same programs-and what changed during this time?

At the moment, of all an interview with an updated project, this is the longest. We talked with the general director and co -founder of the UnitedMedia group of companies through Skype without two minutes.

He is now with his family in Spain. He lives, as he says, for two countries. In the background in the computer of a computer is a large bookcase. Igor Alexandrovich himself is fresh, built and sed.

I asked him, like all participants in the project, not to watch the previous interview, so that the memories of that time were bright. But he looked. And not in vain.

- We did not plan to live here. But since the ORTV, as you know, was a fairly serious attack - if you remember, they arrested Semenov and so on - there was a danger that an arrest warrant was written out on me. In order not to tempt fate, I was forced to evacuate.

So you fled?

- No. A person who is guilty can escape. Thank God we defended our colleague, the case was closed. But this struggle for justice lasted a year and a half.

All our interviews with Igor Yusma further turned into a struggle. I asked him about mundane things - he talked about some rebirth. Both that and the other turned out to be very interesting.

For example, as Igor Alexandrovich answered the question about the current assets in Krasnoyarsk. And in this answer he is all the current one.

- 9 years almost passed. It was a crisis time that greatly redrawn the landscape, the time of opportunities and changes for “UnitMedia”, the time of disappointment and betrayal, the time of struggle and getting rid of illusions. I have changed. This time made me look at myself from the other side.

I looked at that interview and saw a fat narcissistic person. But in fact, what was my success? The market was simply growing, and I actively grabbed something somewhere.

I did not show personal superpowers. Therefore, pride is a terrible sin.

Traditional stamp: we will not take away wealth to the grave. But this is really so. It is necessary to arrange priorities in life, and the crown on the head prevents life.

Here is an example of Lesha Gruzinenko , who fell painfully, but still goes up - here it needs to be promoted.

And the current young entrepreneurs did not pass such periods. They break them. Now young businessmen are imposing their hands on themselves if they have debts. But business will always be debts, and life is given once.

Yusma says that over these 9 years he himself was in deep depression, but then I interrupted him. I immediately said that I would be tedious and reminded the question of assets.

“I tell you about big things, and you ask me about the little things. These are unimportant things, ”he was offended.

But after nevertheless he said that now in his hands all the assets of “Afontovo”-and this is both the television company itself, and the “Krasnoyarsk reception center”, and the Center for Ads and Tickets.

All these assets, including the magazines "Chance" and "Cossack Auto", the delivery service "Green Post", Radio "Mir", are today integrated into the same media holding.

In addition, over the years, a whole restaurant direction has grown - two PEOPLE's restaurants, a culinary network “Kex and Krandel”, a large production base of semi -finished products.

- “Road Radio” and “Siberian News Agency” were sold for a reason. This had to be done to save Afontovo.

The cash gap was such that at the time it was closed. Thank God, friends supported, did not let them fall.

I could not allow the closure of Afontovo, because in it I see serious potential and a great future. At the same time, the printing house, for example, was sold because there was a profitable offer from a partner.

And from these "trifles" Igor Usma still jumps into global. Over the years, he realized that his children did not need his business. That his business is only his business. That you can’t sacrifice a family for work.

“It carries you, you are so cool and successful, and you don’t even notice how you lose touch with your spouse and children.” And from the side you look obvious as the ghoul of the ended. So I look at this old interview and see the reasons for my failures.

I cannot help but ask about the current director of the regional television channel Irina Tretyakov ...

- I will not hide when Tretyakova went to a new place, I took it as a betrayal. Now I perceive it calmly, as a natural course of history.

Have you released the situation? Glass?

- I changed my attitude. I don’t blame anyone, everyone has their own successful path, I have their own. I call it fate.

Afontovo is a powerful brand that needs to be consistent. If you are a weakness, then this brand will break you. But now it is clear, we curbed this stallion. We fought for Afontovo for 2.5 years. There was a risk of losing him. But today we have almost built a new powerful team and a new promising concept of the channel from scratch.

I will ask you about another person. You are friends with Viktor Potmeramsky. He did not offer you to go into politics?

- No. He knows my position - I do not play politics. I do not go there for fundamental reasons. This is necessary to maneuver, adapt to someone. Have charisma ...

From positive examples - Egorov, who understood how to play this game. And in my opinion, he has serious potential as a politician. This type of General Lebed. I am not able to be a politician. Not interesting.

We dilute seriousness. You were complete and overweight, now slender, fit and with sticks for walking in photographs. Is it a diet, stress or sport?

- Everything is in the complex. You can’t believe it, I became a different person in everything. And a fat person is impossible to become thin without cardinal changes. There were a lot of stress. Firstly, in 2007 I buried my mother. Then crises. Then all these business historians. The family had a serious crisis, it was necessary to change.

At this moment, Usma talks about his observations in Spain. He often sees beautiful well -groomed Russian ladies and thick unattractive companions next to them.

- I weighed more than 120 kg. And this means that no matter how much I drive away, he always returned with a plus. I lost 10 kg on starvation and then gained 15. It was hard for me. Any movement was given with great difficulty. I realized: this is nowhere and made a decision - I cut the stomach. And he began to lose weight abruptly.

Loss of weight gave him the opportunity to play sports.

- I am moving a lot, for example, the old Spanish pilgrimage path of Santiago, described in the works of Paulo Coelho, went - 800 km with a backpack. And now I go with sticks twice a week. Yesterday it was 25 km.

We remember his home in Nikolaevka. It turned out that he had long been demolished for the construction of skyscrapers. And I also recall the phrase from that very interview: "The corpses are going on as usual."

- I am a doctor in a specialty and worked as a pathologist for 6 years. It's like a bicycle ride. If necessary, I will reveal now. You heard the ambiguity. But she is not.

As for this phrase and cynicism, it is a professional feature that protects the doctor’s nervous system from overloads. Imagine, I was not just a pathologist, but a child's pathologist. Think about it, this is Akhtung. You work, and grief around you. And if you join this grief, you will not quickly. Therefore, pathologists are very cynical, but cheerful people.

And then he thought even deeper about the same phrase about corpses and turn. And, probably, just during the interview, he realized that with such phrases you need to be careful.

- There are many believers among doctors. Not everything can be explained by brain chemistry and electric impulses. There is something divine in this. Somehow, really, you need to live more carefully ... in words ... in actions ...

In this place, I am again with my pettiness. I ask about the house on a successful and car.

“Listen, here are your questions, they are some kind of ...,” he is upset again, but answers. - The house in a successful was sold back in 2009, now in Krasnoyarsk an apartment and an Infiniti car.

And then he again says that he is worried.

- You know, we have been living for two countries for 6 years. And I completely erased the feeling of borders. I can now fly to Krasnoyarsk in 8 hours.

But when I walk, I twist a lot in my head. And then I considered it - if planes stop flying, and only a bicycle will remain from the transport ... I will not lose heart and I will get to Krasnoyarsk for a year ...

Internet, Skype, planes, cars - you stop feeling the boundaries. And this is the greatest achievement of civilization. Because in the literal and figurative sense of the border - these are fences. As soon as they are not in the head, everything will change.

He recalls a conversation with a man who accused him of excessive patriotism.

- I tell him, you go there, live ... Yes, everything is built for life. But they did not build their country for themselves, for themselves. The Spaniards did everything so that the Spaniards were comfortable, the Italians for themselves. And so on. And I see, living here, that in Russia everything is not so bad.

So you asked about Spanish projects. Karpov and I had the Russian Radio in Spain project here: 6 cities were perfectly broadcasting for 3 years ... When Crimea began, the regulator invited us and said - close. That's all democracy. Everywhere everything-plus or minus-the same.

In the old fashioned way, we draw ourselves the image of democratic America, and there people in the boxes spend the night ...

- Probably the most important thing. When your last name continues ...

I ask why Grandfather Igor is sitting in a jacket during an interview and warning that this is the last question.

- When I lost 30 kg, I became so frozen! The subcutaneous fat layer disappeared. Well, in principle, it’s not hot here. Spring here was protracted - on the average day +17. Here it is cold.

In Krasnoyarsk that day +19 was ...

- Well, the weather is pampering Krasnoyarsk. And the sweater is sports. Sometimes I can sharply take sticks, leave somewhere and give a circle of 5-7 km on foot.
