However, no investigative actions are carried out with the Political Zygs.
Afanasyev was taken from the EPT - internal prison - IK -31 in Mikuni, Komi, on April 30 and delivered to Syktyvkar SIZO -1. There he spent two days in the basement without food, as well as without mattress and linen. Then it was transported to Moscow by plane.

In a conversation with human rights activists, Afanasyev announced a number of violations committed in relation to Lefortov’s employees. In particular, he said that the Fsinovites threatened him to "teach."
The Crimean prisoner announced a hunger strike and demanded that the PMC members allow him. Three days later, however, he took off the hunger strike because he caught a cold in a cold quarantine chamber. As the Open Russia explains, the Politzek’s body was exhausted by a 40-day hunger strike, which he kept in Komi. Meanwhile, earlier the hunger strike Afanasyev was not reported in the colony.
Not named in an article named the deputy chief of Lefortov suggested Afanasyev to write a petition for pardon, but he refused. “I don’t want to write any legal documents without a lawyer,” he explained. On Tuesday, Politzeck was unexpectedly allowed to call the mother. In a conversation, he asked his lawyer Alexander Popkov to come to him.
Afanasyev noticed the PMC that he did not understand the reasons for his translation into Lefortovo. Meanwhile, Soloshenko did not exclude that his transfer to Moscow is a step towards extradition.
On May 1, it became known that Afanasyev filled the papers for issuing to Ukraine . Whether Soloshenko filled the same documents, it is incomprehensible. Open Russia reports his statement to the Kanavinsky District Court of Nizhny Novgorod - at the place of serving the deadline. Meanwhile, the appeal to the court is one of the final stages of the extradition procedure, and not the convicted person himself should be submitted there, but the FSIN, after resolving all issues with the Ukrainian side.
In November 2015, Soloshenko turned to Vladimir Putin with a petition for pardon.
On March 25,the Ministry of Justice of Russia instructed the FSIN to prepare documents to resolve the issue of extradition to the homeland of Afanasyev, Soloshenko and two more Crimean prisoners - Oleg Sentsov and Alexander Kolchenko. At the same time, however, the Ministry of Justice noted that, taking into account all formalities, to expect the transfer of political zones to Ukraine should not be earlier than autumn .
Afanasyev was sentenced to seven years of strict regime, Soloshenko - to six years. Soloshenko lasts 74 years last week. Earlier it was reported that the Politsyk suffers from a number of cardiovascular diseases, and in March it became known thathe had cancer .
