The Chelyabinsk teacher, who has become a person involved in a criminal case, continues to work at school

Journalists became aware of the school number and the name of the teacher of the city of Zlatoust (Chelyabinsk region), whom they had a criminal case on charges of cruel treatment with children. According to the "First Regional" , we are talking about school N10 and teacher Tatyana Porsva.

The teacher herself talked with reporters on the phone. She said that while she was continuing to work at school, she was not introduced to the criminal case that the prosecutor’s office brought on her.

Recall that the investigation began after a complaint of parents to the prosecutor's office. According to Portseva, she herself did not see this appeal. “It was an anonymous letter. I will not be introduced to him or with business. I go to work, I love my work, I love children,” she commented on the situation to the TV channel.

As reported, a criminal case has been instituted against the teacher under Part 1 of Article 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (improper performance of duties on the education of a minor teacher of an educational organization, if this act is combined with cruel treatment of them). A subscription about the wonness of it was taken from her. In the event of a trial and the guilty of the teacher, she faces up to three years in prison.

The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation has already intervened in a loud scandal. So far, the department only requested data about what happened at school and initiated an official investigation.

As the prosecutor’s office reported on the basis of a complaint of parents, the audit showed that the teacher “asked first -graders homework in the form of written works, as well as the form of daily memorization of complex poems”. In addition, she "on her own initiative lengthened the duration of classes, reduced the duration of the change, leaving children after classes to continue to study the material."

According to prosecutors, as a result of the teacher’s illegal actions, some minors were deprived of a good rest, as well as the opportunity to engage in additional circles, visit sections.

The prosecutor’s report also said that the school principal was introduced to eliminate violations. In a conversation with reporters, the department confirmed that they had already sent a demand to remove the teacher from lessons to the school. However, the Ministry of Education of the region assures that such a document was not received.

"The prosecutor's office of the Chelyabinsk region has not at present introduced any instructions to the head of the educational organization in question. The founder of this organization - the Office for the Zlatoust city district and the Ministry of Education does not own any official information from the prosecutor's office," the representative of the Ministry of Education and Science of the region Elena Tyurina told the television channel.

She added that the prosecutor's office was pronounced that the order would be made in the afternoon of May 12. “Then we will provide official information,” Tyurina said.

Meanwhile, onthe website of the N10 school, it is reported that Tatyana Portseva is “an elementary school teacher” she is a labor veteran and the head of the City Laboratory of Teachers “Gifted Children”. Porseva was awarded the diploma of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, and is also the owner of two grants - the President of the Russian Federation and the Stroytechnics plant.
