The court acquitted the artist Loskutov in the second administrative case

The Oktyabrsky District Court of Novosibirsk decided to terminate the proceedings in the case of the famous artist Artyom Loskutov in connection with the lack of composition of the offense. Additionally, the court issued an idea to the prosecutor about the violations committed in the preparation of the administrative protocol.

On May 1, Artem Loskutov held an annual procession, for which he was already fined on May 6 under the article “Violation by the organizer of the public event of the established procedure for organizing or holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, procession or picket” (part 1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

Today, the court considered the new prosecution of Loskutov under another article: holding a public event without notice (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The police said that the participants in Monestations allegedly illegally crowded "on the porch and the site in front of the building of the State Public Scientific and Technical Library."

A year ago, Loskutov was fined 5,000 rubles for participating in an inconsistent action. In addition, then he was arrested for 10 days.
