Air. "Twentyears"

Along with DAFT Punk Air is one of the main brands of French electronics, which appeared in the mid-1990s. Like Quentin Tarantino in the nineties cinema, the duet of Nicolas Goden and Jean-Benois Dunkel created a new sound aesthetics from his favorite genres of light and entertaining music of the 1960s and 1970s. This year, the duet celebrates the 20th anniversary of the release of the first anthology of his music “ Twentyears ” , in which both their best and rare works will be presented.

Anthology will be published on two CDs, double vinyl and in digital versions. The first disc includes the 17 most famous compositions of Air , such as “Sexy Boy” , “Playground Love” , “Cherry Blossom Girl” and “Le Soleil Est Près de Moi” . The second disk contains 14 rare and previously not published compositions - for example, Land Me , taken with a limited circulation of 1000 copies of the Music For Museums record, and the little -known “The Duelist” , recorded with Charlotte Hensburg and Jarvis Coker to the album “Pocket Symphony ” , the completely unknown composition “ Adis Abebah ” from the film“ Far Naceronically ”and “ Roger Song ” , written for the documentary“ World of the feeder ”of the cult director Roger Korman, as well as the play “ Indian Summer ” , recorded for the Japanese edition of the Love 2 album , is very difficult to find on the Internet, and we offer it to listen to you right now:

Anthology " Twentyears " will also be released in the collection publication of Super Deluxe , which will include three CDs and two records of color vinyl. The third CD will include the remixes of the Air duet to the songs of David Bowie, Bek, Depeche Mode , Nene Cherry and others, as well as a collection poster. Deluxe publication will be available on July 22 this year. Air new world tour will begin on May 20 in Italy and end on August 27 in Los Angeles.
