Овечкин с Кузнецовым в одном звене — это хорошо или плохо? Тут есть разные мнения. В Вашингтоне Ови обычно играет с Бэкстремом (мой любимый хоккеист), и у них хорошее сочетание — россиянин любит брать игру на себя, швед — нет, россиянин любит быть на виду, швед — в тени. С Кузнецовым сложнее — он тоде любит брать игру на себя, долго держать шайбу, но с Ови у них тоже неплохо получается, Ови очень годяще чувствует, как Кузнецов будет развивать атаку.

В каком же звене играют Овечкин с Кузнецовым? А вот в каком — с Бурмистровым (ему, видимо, в нем уготована роль оборонительного форварда). Панарин-Шипачев-Дадонов формально стали третьим звеном, а с Дацюком играют Мозякин и Санников.
А, еще и защитник «Кэпиталс» Орлов во второй паре защитников с Антипиным.

Хочется, кстати, чуть-чуть поговорить про эту серию с «Пингвинс». Мне кажется, что центральным матчем был даже не шестой (это был сумашедший матч: лететь 0:3, лишиться из-за травмы самого надежного защитника, потом получить несколько подряд численных преимуществ 5 на 3 только из-за того, что соперники три раза затягивал игру выбросом шайбы, сравнять до 3:3, сделать героический сейв в овертайме и все равно проиграть), потому что шестой — это были чистые эмоции. Самый важный матч был третий, где Мюррей сделал 47 сейвов, а «Кэпиталс» проиграли второй матч подряд. Тогда что-то надломилось, стало понятно, что что-то в этой серии для «Кэпиталс» идет не так.

82 матча в регулярном чемпионате НХЛ, из которых я смотрел около 40. Еще 12 матчей в плей-офф, из которых я смотрел 10. И вот снова они — Евгений Кузнецов, Александр Овечкин и Дмитрий Орлов приехали в сборную на домашний чемпионат мира. Не знаю уж как они будут играть, но это очень мужественный поступок — после того как все вокруг думали, что они будут играть в финале Кубка Стэнли, после того как они сами столько вложили в сезон; после того как они проиграли «Пингвинс» — приехать играть еще.

Good afternoon, friends. Сегодня у сборной России матч со Швейцарией. После 10-1 с Данией хочется думать, что это будет матч с не слишком большой интригой, но вообще-то опытные болельщики знают: после разгрома иногда наступает период, когда шайба ну никак не лезет в ворота.
