The city court in Ramensky near Moscow added 10 days of arrest to activist Jan Kalevsky. Earlier, the activist was already sent 12 days under administrative arrest. Katelevsky took pictures of the Ramensky police department for two days in a row, which, he believed, seized the municipal land for parking. Both times, he was detained by the police for “disobedience to the legal request of the police officer” (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation).

The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation recognized the criticism of the law on “foreign agents” by the political activity of a non -profit organization (NPO). This is stated in the annual report of the Ministry of Justice on the activities of NPOs from the registry. The agency also considers political activity “discrediting the foreign and domestic policy of the Russian authorities and amendments to the law, including urban planning policy, Internet regulation and international relations.”

The Oktyabrsky District Court of Novosibirsk closed the second administrative case against the artist Artyom Loskutov, the ideologist of “Monestation” - a promotion held on May 1. He was accused of organizing a public event without submitting a notification (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation). On May 6, the Central District Court fined Loskutov by 20 thousand rubles, finding guilty of conducting an inconsistent public event as an organizer (part 1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

At night, in the village of Kenhi of the Sharoy district, Chechnya burned the house of Ramazan Jalaldinov. According to the Chernivik newspaper, about midnight people in masks entered the house. They said that they came to save them, took the wife of Jalaldinov, three daughters, put them in a car, and then threw it under the bridge. Earlier, a local resident recorded a video message to President Vladimir Putin, in which he spoke about the poor living conditions in the village, destroyed houses, which were not restored after two military campaigns, and corruption of local officials. On May 13, Ramzan Kadyrov in his Instagram said that Jalaldinov set fire to his house himself, thereby trying to "open the doors to Europe."
