1. What, from your point of view, are the causes of the collapse of a democratic coalition?
2. Do you plan to take part in the election after what happened
To the State Duma in September 2016?
3. What mistakes were made? What should be avoided in the future?

* Nikolai Lyaskin *, member of the Central Council of the Party of Progress, Chairman of the Moscow Branch of the Party
In my opinion, this happened due to the fact that the key concepts were not agreed at the entrance, including one of the most important ones-the primaries in single-member districts. The fact that single -mandate districts did not begin to breed through the primaries - became the main stumbling block. Another no less important point is the desire to be flexible in changing conditions. This also applies to the first place in the list of Mikhail Kasyanov. The circumstances are changing - we live in a world that constantly exerts pressure on us, and we also need to react to this.
Unfortunately, our party has no registration and therefore cannot nominate its candidates. Our candidates in different regions are nominated in different ways: personally, I am still moving from the Parnassus party. Other candidates are negotiating with parties - this is all a dynamic process. Our party is strong that we are trying to do things and find compromises.
They tried to do everything calmly, to give voters and our people a ready -made result. And this result was stipulated for a long time, but not recorded in any way. A lesson for the future - to draw up more publicity and agreements in writing.

* Andrey Pivovarov *, member of the federal bureaus Parnassus, co-chair of the St. Petersburg branch of the party
Several factors played here. The main thing, probably, is a conflict of ambitions and misunderstanding the goals of some leaders: someone seemed more important to someone than long-term cooperation.
At the regional level (in St. Petersburg.- NT ) we managed to maintain previously adopted agreements-here we have candidates and understanding: everyone is put forward in the same way as they planned. At the federal level, this, of course, is a terrible blow. If earlier we represented several political forces, we could simultaneously develop several directions, now the space has narrowed: there were several candidates who strengthened the list and made it more attractive to voters. There are many supporters of democratic changes, but the more scandals, the less likely that these people will reach plots. Prospects? We must work for the result, to pass into the State Duma and the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg. There is a chance.
Unfortunately, the whole history of democratic associations of recent times shows that the split occurs quite often. The most important thing is to be taken out is always a publicly prescribed agreements in advance. And another protective mechanisms would be wider associations.

The lawyer of the Corruption Foundation Lyubov Sobol, counting on the support of Parnassus, began a substantive campaign in the Central Electoral District of Moscow - that is, just where the opposition candidate has the opportunity to get a vote. Sable met with the residents of the district, found out what problems they were interested in, and suddenly, in the midst of the scandal, but even before the final collapse of the coalition, she found out that Parnassus had plans for the district - another candidate. They refused to carry out primaries in the district in Parnas. And therefore, the sable in the course of the campaign should either look for the opportunity to go to the elections from another party that has the right not to collect signatures for the nomination of candidates, or try to collect signatures that, as the experience of the regional elections of 2015 showed, it is almost impossible for the opposition.
However, Sable itself does not feel a victim. “I am ready to nominate from the parties of the democratic camp, which have the necessary“ license ”. I see two of them in Russia - Parnassus and Yabloko. Parnassus refused to put forward my candidacy in the elections for some kind of person-subjective reasons, incomprehensible to me, and I continue to negotiate with Yabloko. There are no negotiations at the moment, ”Lyubol Sobol told NT .
