Elena Zhdanova is a candidate from United Russia to the Council of Deputies of Barvihi. She began her “political career” in 1997 - ran for the Saratov Regional Duma. But the unexpected thing happened: on March 22, five candidates from the Corruption (FBK) Fund of Alexei Navalny registered the elections in Barvikha. In the FBK, a trip to the elections in the “village of billionaires” was immediately declared “experiment” and “verification” for the new chairman of the Central Election Commission Ella Pampilova. One of the candidates from the FBC, the head of the legal department of the Foundation, Ivan Zhdanov, told NT then, in March, that they and comrades with his comrades go with one purpose - to find out whether the CEC is ready to provide honest elections in the updated composition. Such a mood of the FBK team implied attention to the details of the elective process and public coverage of all the shortcomings. Barvikha did not expect this - Barviha lived according to her rules.

"Some movement"

But in the autumn elections to the State Duma, says Elena Vladimirovna’s husband, Ivan Vladimirovich, an honorary builder of Russia, she and his wife plan to vote: “She is for United Russia, I am for the Communists. The election campaign in Barvikha was really "fun". In the sense of numerous violations. Listers against “Navalny candidates” appeared in the mailboxes of voters. Local officials openly campaigned for candidates from United Russia. A criminal case was brought up to the candidate from the FBK Ivan Zhdanov because of the alleged evasion of service in the army. But most of all the questions were caused by how early voting took place.

People from "rubber" apartments

On April 18, the CEC chairman Ella Pamfilova met with elections in Barvikh. By that time, an early vote was already in full swing in Barvikha. Candidates from the FBC and the LDPR complained: most of the "pre -graders" received temporary registration a few days before the elections and were registered in "rubber" apartments.

In response, Pamfilova expressed an insult: they say, Alexei Navalny published her photo “in Nazi form”. In fact, the opposition posted a collage on social networks, where the new chairman of the CEC was depicted in the uniform of the old chairman - Vladimir Churov. On that, not having come to an agreement, they parted.

According to representatives of the FBK, while there was a conversation, another 60 people voted ahead of schedule. And more than 250 people managed to vote in Barvikha in total (there are about 6 thousand voters, that is, with a predicted appearance of 25 %, this is more than 16 %), while in the previous elections of the “prechoes” there were only about 40.

On April 19, the chairman of the Moscow Regional Electoral Commission, Irek Vildanov, appealed to the voters of the village of Barvikh with a request not to vote ahead of schedule. April 20, 4 out of 5 candidates of the FBC, withdrew from the elections in protest against violations. And a little later on the same day, Ella Pamfilova announced the cancellation of the elections: according to her, due to the fact that when assigning the voting date - April 24 - mistakes were made. She did not notice the scandal, saying that only one complaint was filed from “Navalny’s candidates” (according to the representatives of the FBC, 6 complaints filed, Ivan Zhdanov personally, there were complaints from other candidates), and promised to resign if the State Duma elections were held with violations.

Most of all, of course, the FBK outraged the tuning of voters - there is no problem in this, as if there was no problem in this. The magic Gazelle, on which freshly recovered Barvikhins were taken to polling stations, managed to track: she parked next to the large house in the village of Rozhdestno, in which the same candidate for deputies from United Russia Elena Zhdanova lives.

Leonid Volkov, head of the headquarters of FBK candidates, in a conversation with NT, called the real reason for the postponement of the election to the lifting of opposition candidates. And this decision was made, Volkov is sure, not Pampilova, but the first deputy head of the AP Vyacheslav Volodin - in order to maintain the reputation of the new head of the CEC in anticipation of the elections to the Duma.

“For the sake of the main prize, the authorities went to a slight retreat,” says Volkov. - The task is to create the illusion that the autumn elections will be held honestly. This will allow the Kremlin to avoid mass protests similar to the events of 2011, when the frauds brought a huge number of people to the streets. ”

By decision of the CEC of the Russian Federation, elections in Barvikh will take place on a single voting day - September 18. Does Elena Zhdanova plan to take part in them is unknown. But the failed candidates from the FBC by that time will most likely be busy in the Federal Duma campaign. And in Barvikh everything will go the old way.
