Australian representative of Korean Dami with the song “Sound of Silence” took them the second place. She has 511 points. The third place in Russia by Sergey Lazarev with the composition “You are the only One”. Lazarev managed to score 491 points.
In total, representatives of 26 countries took part in the final of the 2016 competition.
Ukraine won the Eurovision Council in 2004. The victory of the country was brought by singer Ruslan with the song “Wild Dance”.
