"Such behavior goes beyond legal protest against anything and requires an immediate reaction from law enforcement agencies," the functionary said.

Logoid referred to videos published on the Internet, "on which aggressively configured faces blocked the clergyman of the Russian Orthodox Church in his car, when he was going to leave the place of prayer standing, subjected his battle and insults." The functionary emphasized that the construction of the church on the Ostashkovsky passage (the name of the park in the message is not mentioned) is not going on now, "however, prayer standing is held weekly in the territory legally allocated the Russian Orthodox Church."

Defenders of the park surrounded the cleric car and began to whistle in whistles and scream. There were quite a few police officers on the spot. Without the use of violence, they squeezed between the activists and the Shalimov machine, thereby forming the corridor according to which the priest managed to leave. None of the eco -defenders were detained.

At the same time, in the annotation to the video it is stated that no one came to prayer standing to Shalimov, except for the militants of the Black -Hundred organization "Forty forty", which supports the construction of the church in Torfyanka. “The forty residents of Moscow and other regions were convened,” the defenders of the park remarked. “But no one came to them. Either the reason was not the one, or they were already tired of them.”

Contrary to the certification of Legoyda, the earth was illegally allocated for the construction of a church in a peat. Locals have been fighting for almost a year for almost a year, demanding to dismantle the construction site in the park.
