The court found it an offense that the column of the LUKOIL-Perm trade union gathered separately from the others and joined the demonstration later, and that there was a child in one of the cars, not wearing a seat belt, but on the Gazelle platform for transporting sound equipment people were seen. In addition, one of the demonstrators was wearing a Bart Simpson costume , which police said was also a violation as the costume covered his face.
