I remember, for example, a completely unexpected catastrophic performance of the famous Japanese skater Mao Assad in a short program. Before and after that, she spoke brilliantly. And here is a complete failure. The Mao completely dumbfounded by the incident later said that the body refused to listen to her. As a result, the Russian skater won. I am not surprised if the same special services who replaced doping tests to Russian athletes slightly fucked the Japanese and, possibly, some other foreign wagon participants.

And how did he even become the director of the National Anti -Doping Laboratory? Someone is responsible for such appointments, what is their order, who puts forward candidates, who agrees?
