From the certificates of difficult teenagers will make notes on the end of correctional schools

In the certificates of graduates of correctional schools, they will no longer indicate that the documents were issued by the organization for adolescents with socially dangerous behavior. The corresponding draft order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation on the eve of the public council at the ministry approved.

The document is posted on the federal portal of draft regulatory legal acts. Currently, the project is undergoing a public discussion procedure, which should end on May 28.

The new order of the Ministry of Education and Science makes changes to the existing departmental procedure for filling out, accounting and issuing certificates about the main general and secondary general education. The amendments suggest that in the certificate of graduates of special correctional schools in the line where the educational institution is indicated, they will remove the words "for students with a deviant (socially dangerous) behavior."

The concept of a child with "deviant (socially dangerous) behavior" will also be removed from the names of special educational schools. Until July 1, 2016, all educational institutions of this type should be renamed, the head of the department of the Department of State Policy in the Protection of Children's Rights of Larisa Falkovskaya, the head of the Department of State Policy Department of the Children's Rights, said the day before. Thus, already this year, graduates of special schools for difficult teenagers will receive certificates in which there will be no mark "for children with deviant (socially dangerous) behavior."
