In Bashkortostan, a police officer hit a teenager with a stun gun to extract a confession of theft

A criminal investigation has been completed against a 26-year-old detective for combating drug trafficking of the criminal investigation department of the Alsheevsky district of Bashkortostan, accused of abuse of power (points “a”, “b” of part 3 of article 286 of the Criminal Code), the reports press service Republican Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to the investigation, in October 2015, a house under construction in Alsheevsky was robbed. Based on this fact, a criminal case has been initiated against an unidentified person. On the afternoon of October 30, 2015, a 26-year-old detective brought a minor local resident to the police department, where the teenager was interviewed by his colleague. Having learned that the teenager did not admit to the theft, the detective hit the teenager with a stun gun in the area of ​​his right leg.

Currently, the criminal case has been sent for approval of the indictment and subsequent transfer to court for consideration on the merits.
