Another schoolgirl kidnapped by Boko Haram found in Nigeria

Another schoolgirl kidnapped two years ago by the Islamist group Boko Haram has been found in Nigeria. This was reported by Reuters with reference to an official representative of the local military.

The girl's name and the circumstances of her release are unknown. This is the second schoolgirl in two days to be rescued from Boko Haram captivity.

• On May 17, 19-year-old Amina Ali, one of 276 schoolgirls kidnapped by Boko Haram from a secondary school in Chibok in April 2014, was found in the Sambisa Forest in northeastern Nigeria. She fled with a 4-month-old child born to her in captivity.
• On the night of April 15, 2014, militants from the Islamist group Boko Haram abducted 276 schoolgirls from a secondary school dormitory in the city of Chibok. 57 of them subsequently managed to escape, 219 were considered missing until recently. According to Ali, some of them died in captivity.
