The Ministry of Defense decided to revive the Soviet practice of the Junarmeyers, Gazeta.ru reports . Schoolchildren will teach military affairs, tactics and history.

“Organizational issues on the creation of the Unarmean movement, including the All -Russian rally, are planned to be resolved by summer,” said the state secretary of the military department Nikolai Pankov.

In a number of regions, it is supposed to launch a pilot project for the creation and development of the Unarmean movement, the state secretary noted. The launch of the first of them was appointed on May 22 in the Yaroslavl region in the village of Karachikha.

According to Pankov, samples of the attributes of the Unarmeans have already been prepared, a typical calendar work plan for the year and a typical Unarmean year have been developed. In addition, for the children they will create a form in accordance with the belonging to the types of troops - paratroopers, pilots, tankers, sailors and so on.

The project is involved in the Federal Autonomous Institution of the Ministry of Defense "Central Sports Club of the Army" (CSKA) and a voluntary society for the assistance of the army, aviation and navy (DOSAAF). The Ministry of Defense has already worked out the structure of the Unarmean movement with a binding to the place of deployment of military units, military commissariats, military educational institutions, and the infrastructure of DOSAAF and CSKA. In the metropolitan region, part of the classes will be held in Patriot Park.

Unarmia will have a full-fledged military-patriotic and military-sports program: military sports, will be training military affairs-this is not only assembly and disassembly of machine guns, but also a course of a young fighter with a drill and fire training with pneumatic weapons. Children will study the basics of tactical actions, study the military history of Russia, ”said a source familiar with the organization of the Unarmean movement.

In December 2014, the Duma faction of the LDPR prepared a bill on returning to the school program of initial military training . “Each Russian, an adult or small one, must be able to own weapons,” Roman Khudyakov, Roman Khudyakov, explained the meaning of the initiative of the Zhirinsky deputy. “If there is a military aggression against Russia, any person must stand guard of his homeland.”

The return to the school curriculum of the NVP, according to Khudyakov, will also solve the problem of deviators from the army, as it will make it possible to evaluate the real physical condition of schoolchildren. “In the middle classes, they run and jump in physical education lessons, fight and fill their bumps. And as soon as the draft age occurs, they immediately have a bouquet of various diseases, which, of course, cannot go into the army,” the Zhirinovets complained. Meanwhile, he added, after included in the NVP lessons program, "closer to the draft age, it will be possible to say in advance which of the teenagers really cannot go to serve, and who is just a malicious bias."
