Investigators of the Moscow Region Pavlovsky Posad of the Moscow Region, together with the operatives of the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, detained a man who, allegedly, was beaten to the death of the actor. The detainee has already given a confession, according to the website of the regional department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
According to the RF IC, on Thursday at night, a conflict occurred between men at first in one of the cafes in the city of Elektogorsk, and then continued in the Square "Ryabin Grove."
“During the quarrel, the suspect inflicted many strokes with his hands and feet on the head and body. The victim’s death occurred as a result of a closed head injury. The suspect told the investigator about all the circumstances of the incident and gave a confession,” the RF IC said in a statement.
It was established that the 27-year-old suspect was previously convicted under paragraph "a, b" part 3 of Art. 111 ("intentional infliction of harm to health") and paragraph "g" of Part 2 of Art. 161 ("robbery") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. He was sentenced to 5.5 years in prison, reports Interfax .
