Center “E” found no signs of extremism in Olga Li’s video

The defense of Olga Li, deputy of the Kursk Regional Duma and editor-in-chief of the People's Journalist newspaper, received a response from Dmitry Dymov, head of the Kursk Center E, that there were no signs of extremism in the suspect's videos criticizing the Russian judicial system and Putin's policies. This was reported by lawyer Roman Lyzlov, representing the interests of an independent deputy.

In addition, Lyzlov appealed to the Leninsky District Court of Kursk six decisions of the senior investigator of the department for the investigation of particularly important cases of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee for the Kursk Region Sergey Potemkin.

After reviewing the decisions on the appointment of five psychological and linguistic examinations and one linguistic forensic examination in the criminal case of extremism and libel against an independent deputy, the defense filed a petition, including the provision of information about the experts who were entrusted with conducting these examinations: full name, information , confirming the appropriate qualifications of the expert, as well as whether the experts were previously employees of law enforcement agencies and the judiciary. Senior Investigator Potemkin denied these requests.
