In the Chisinau, the march participants in support of sexual minorities were evacuated after a group of aggressive Orthodox activists moved towards them. This was reported by the Moldavian edition of Newsmaker.

The march "fără fică" ("without fear"), gathered about one and a half thousand participants, was accompanied by hundreds of police officers. At the same time, the Party of Socialists held "Family Day" in the city center. Also, a group of Orthodox activists gathered in one of the squares, with posters condemning the activities of the LGBT community.

In the participants of the march in support of LGBT rights from the windows of a high -rise building, they began to throw eggs. The marching in response shouted that they were not scared. Some have opened up in advance.

However, after the large people of sports physique in T -shirts with the inscription Nous Drepta (extremely right -right nationalist and religious group) headed towards the march "Fără fică", the police invited the organizers to change the route. The participants of the action were put on buses and taken away from the city center.

Representatives of diplomatic missions participated in the march in support of the rights of the LGBT community. Some came to the action with children. Diplomats did not want to evacuate by police buses. They stated that they were shocked by what was happening.

The failed parade was part of the campaign "without fear", which is aimed at increasing the awareness of people about the rights of LGBT in Moldova. On May 14, in Kiev, participants in the festival were evacuated in connection with the message about the laid bomb . The action in Kyiv was organized in support of the Lviv. "The program includes events, the holding of which in Lviv on March 19 was torn by extremist right -wing groups," the organizers noted.
