Three new fragments were found that can belong to the missing Malaysian MH370

On Mauritius and Mozambique, three new fragments were discovered, which can be associated with the missing liner of the Malaysia Airlines airline. This was told by Australia Minister Darren Chester, reports The Guardian .

He clarified that two alleged fragments of the MH370 flight were found in Mauritius, one in Mozambique. "The Malaysian government took care of finding debris, however, as in the past times, Malaysian officials expect the wreckage to be sent to Australia for examination," said Chester.

He confirmed that experts will deal with the study of the fragments found. Earlier in May, two fragments of aircraft off the coast of South Africa and the Mauritian Island Rodriguez were discovered. The Minister of Transport of Malaysia Datuk Seri Lew Tiong Lai said that they were "almost certainly" belonging to the board of the MH370. He thanked the government of Mozambique, Mauritius and South Africa for the efforts to assist in the investigation.

The Boeing 777-200 plane, owned by the Malaysia Airlines airline, was performed by the MH370 flight along the Kuala-Lumpur-Beijing route on the night of March 7 to March 8, 2014. About two hours after departure, the connection with the liner was interrupted. On board there were 227 passengers and 12 crew members. In January last year, the Malaysian authorities admitted that the plane crashed, and 239 people were killed on board.

The Australian authorities stated in December that the aircraft is probably in the southern part of the search area in the Indian Ocean, where the operation is underway. According to the Deputy Prime Minister of Australia, it will most likely end in the summer of 2016.

In search of the Malaysian airliner in the ocean to the west of the coast of Australia, three ships are involved: Fugro Discovery, Fugro Equator and Dong Hii Jiu 101. It remains to be examined by 15 thousand square kilometers of the search area with a total area of ​​120 thousand square kilometers.
