The case of Nikolai Karpyuk and Stanislav Klykh, sentenced yesterday in Grozny, was on the periphery of public attention. Partly for the reason that Chechnya is a special region, where not every reporter will reach and where not every human rights activist will be able to settle in a hotel with impunity. Partly in connection with the theme of the process, since the first Chechen, in which the sentenced ones allegedly participated, and organizations like UNA-UNSO and the “Right Sector” to which they belonged, cause the public to be conflicting feelings. In addition, the defendants, if we compare them with the defendants in the loud old and recent affairs, did not make much impression on the audience and observers. Still, not pilots and not directors, not even pear.

Meanwhile, it was an ideal process in different parameters.

Firstly, from a propaganda point of view. Judge for yourself: the hires of the bloody Kyiv junta, convicted of brutal murders of Russian soldiers in Chechnya, was an exemplary campaign plot, connecting, as they say, centuries. Building in a row of fascist punishers, Chechen terrorists, Maidan and the current government in Kyiv. To complete the picture, there was not enough Obama and Ben Laden as patrons and inspirers of Karpyuk and Klykh.

However, with a well -known diligence, it was quite possible, cutting off the burrs, to achieve perfection in the image of the next hybrid enemies. The question arises: why is the documentary, exposing the atrocities of the State Department and its accomplices - Bandera, Dudaev, Basayev, Al -Qaeda, Yarosha, still not launched on the Russian television screen. Why is our agitprop practically ignored?

However, secondly, the court in Grozny has become an example of perfect lawlessness. Even against the background of all other political processes taking place in the Russian Federation, and here we should look for the answer to the question why collective Kiselev rarely recalled about Karpyuk and Klykh. More precisely, why the authorities adhered to the propagandists rushing from a leash and sparingly informed the viewers about what was charged with Ukrainian citizens and how they were judged in Chechnya. Why did the GOSTELEKANALs not go into this topic.

The solution is that many other political affairs, albeit the most ridiculous, contained at least some facts that, with a very great desire and a certain dexterity, could be given out for evidence. Udaltsova and his associates were captured on a muddy film in the company with muddy Russophobe. Molotnik’s prisoners were on the mass on the square on the day when inconceivable physical suffering were caused to countless riot police. Nadezhda Savchenko really fought with the invaders in the Donbass and never hid it. Investigators in the case of Sentsov and Kolchenko had a bomb dummy and some preliminary “testimonies”, knocked out in the investigation and subsequently rejected by Afanasyev. There was no Klykh on Karpyuk and Klykh, in fact, nothing at all.

In addition to the queen of evidence - personal confessions received under torture, as the defendants claimed, demonstrating traces of these torture and reporting that in the indicated period of time they were in Ukraine. As well as the "testimonies" of a certain Alexander Malofeev, who seemed to be in Chechnya, who later convicted by 23 years for robbery and double murder and recognized his associates in Karpyuk and Klych only after their detention. Which greatly resembled another exemplary business - Alexei Pichugin, against whom some monster from the underworld also testified. The other texture presented by prosecutors greatly contradicted the real events that took place in Grozny in 1994-95. And were charged with the defendant.

According to the prosecution, Karpyuk and Klykh acted ... in the area of ​​the railway station, the presidential palace and the square for a minute. But if in the area of ​​the palace and the station in those days there really were fighting, then a minute located on the other side of the Sunzhi remained in the deep rear of the Chechens until the end of January. It is also said about the reprisal against prisoners in the area of ​​Pervomaiskaya Street in early February. But this area at the beginning of February was already a deep rear of the Russian troops. I'm not saying that the testimony has the actions of the Ukrainian group in the area of ​​the 9th City Hospital, which all this time was even further in the rear of the federals.

These data were submitted by the head of the Memorial Alexander Cherkasov, who in his speech notified the court not only of the results of the investigation conducted by the human rights center, but also referred to official papers from the Main Medical Administration and the main military prosecutor's office. In vain. The judge was eventually offended by the witness and did not attach any of his materials to the case. Even earlier, the installation statement of the chief of the TFR Bastrykin, who, referring to the "list of Malofeev", ranked Arseny Yatsenyuk in the Russian -speaking space. What he laughed to the colic all of Ukraine and personally insulted Ramzan Kadyrov. The former action movie then, I remember, corrected Bastrykin, after which the image of Yatsenyuk, the living legends of the Chechen resistance, somehow faded in our eyes. Nevertheless, the name of the Ukrainian prime minister later retired in the case remains, this is such a thing.

Ideal for agitprop, if in no way to delve into it. A showcase sample, if someday someone in Russia will need illustrative material on the history of lawlessness in the tenth years of the current century. But plus a plus give a minus, which is why yesterday’s sentence that sounded in the Supreme Court of Chechnya is not interested in anyone.

In addition to Ukrainians and Russians who have not yet been tired of politics and our justice. In addition to relatives and friends, Nikolai Karpyuk and Stanislav Klykh. In addition to themselves, sentenced to monstrous deadlines for murders, in which they did not participate. And not only because they were thousands of kilometers from the crime scene, but also because the murders were committed mainly in other places. This is a kind of record even for domestic closed premises, which should at least fix in memory. For the same story and in the hope of a triumph of justice in future ships, which should appreciate the work of the current courts.
