The son of the vice president of Lukoil was arrested for 15 days

The son of Lukoil Vice President Ruslan Shamsuarov was sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest.

The Gagarinsky Court of Moscow found Shamsuarov guilty of violating Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobeying the lawful demands of the police). 15 days of administrative arrest is the maximum punishment under this article.

Shamsuarov admitted his guilt only partially, and also apologized for what happened, explaining this by high spirits after visiting the club.

Shamsuarov also faced charges in a criminal case under the article “hooliganism”. However, as his lawyer announced during the court session, the prosecutor's office canceled the decision to initiate a criminal case .

• On May 22, Ruslan Shamsuarov and his friends in a Gelendvagen without license plates did not stop at the request of a policeman, after which the traffic police officers chased them.
• Abduvakhob Majidov was driving the SUV belonging to the son of Lukoil vice-president during the chase, while Shamsuarov was in the passenger seat.
• Majidov was previously sentenced to 15 days for disobeying a police officer's order and to 200 hours of compulsory labor for driving without a license.
• Another person who was in the Gelendvagen, Viktor Uskov, was sentenced to 15 days of arrest for disobeying the lawful order of a police officer. Another passenger, Mara Baghdasaryan, was arrested for 10 days.
