Russian athletes are again under the sight of anti -doping services. Based on the results of repeated checks of doping industry, the entire national team may deprive the right to participate in the Olympics

While Russia fought back from the November accusations of the World Anti -Doping Agency and tried to achieve the abolition of its athletics federation, in May Russian sport was completely overlapped from all sides. It is not clear what to save from and from whom to escape, the cleansing is drowning in the quagmire of new revelations, and without five minutes the real removal from participation in the 2016 athletes Olympics no longer seems extraordinary. No matter how the whole team was disqualified in skill - the president of the International Olympic Committee Thomas Bach, even such a recently seemed incredible opportunity did not rule out. If the “enemy dossier” does not have time to prepare for the “X-Men”, that is, by July 15, and the Russian team (perhaps, with the exception of athletes) will still go to Rio, this will not mean at all that the story will end. On the contrary.

Tomorrow and the day after tomorrow the anti-doping laboratory of Lausanne in the presence of interested parties will begin to open the samples of 31 athlete, convicted, according to a second audit, in violation of anti-doping legislation during the Beijing Olympiad-2008. 14 potential violators are Russians. 10 of them are medalists, including the champion of the Games Julia Cherkshanskaya. 11 people are athletes, including a height jump, the champion of the Olympic Games in London and generally a sign for Russian sports - Anna Chicherova, a spear thrower Maria Abakumova and other famous names. Exactly half of the convicts continue their careers.

Promoting the results of the testing of samples-2008 with specific surnames (strictly speaking, before the opening of the samples “b” this is against the rules, but what is it there ...) happened after the start of the most loud campaign-“Grigory Rodchenkov against the Russian system”. The former head of the Moscow Anti-Doping Laboratory, which is now living in the United States, accused Russia of accepting and implementing a program for the use and concealment of doping during the 2014 Olympics in Sochi. The creation (at the urgent request of the IOC) of the next special independent commission to investigate the revelations of Rodchenkov and the former employee of the Russian Anti-Doping Agency Vitaly Stepanov practically coincided with Tomas Bach's sensational statement. The next scandal is not far off-it is not today and tomorrow that the names of 23 participants in the 2012 Olympics in London will become known, also retroactively doping. Russians among them are eight people.

Executions are useless, discussions about how fairly it is to use new technologies to identify old violations are currently meaningless. What about the fact that in 2008, the participants of the Olympics were checked dozens of times and found nothing? But they found it now, but on someone’s tip or not-no difference. It is important that our sports heroes here are familiar with the most others, and at times.

In order to refuse Russian athletics in rehabilitation (the date of the final decision is June 17), there is also what is. Of course, it is more difficult with Rodchenkov, the case goes to the state level, and I do not very well imagine how members of the Commission of the Canadian professor Richard McLaren will gut high -ranking ranks from the Lubyanka on how the FSB officers in Sochi “made Olympic champions”. Most likely, the autopsy of the same specific samples “B”, which the brigade, led by the exposure of Rodchenkov, unlike trial “A”, did not replace it.

Russia responded with several volleys that look more like a gesture of despair. Firstly, the All-Russian Athletics Federation made an unprecedentedly tough decision to remove athletes from participating in the Olympic Games, ever convicted of the use of prohibited funds and received disqualification. The first to hit the punishment of the Stars of the Saransky Sports Walking Center, led by the Olympic champion Olga Kanicina, who now have every right and could well go to Rio. But, obviously, the WFLA decided to show what sacrifices the organization is ready to make in order to present the results of the purification process. Secondly, a decree on criminal prosecution for the use of doping will be adopted-it does not matter that it will most likely not work, it is important to impress. Thirdly, to improve the atmosphere and reconstruction of the good name of Russian sport, American (!)
The PR agency, which is known, is that, according to some information, it was also engaged in the restoration of a positive image ... of the Ukrainian Party of Regions.

Even the most competent persons are not decided to predict the development of events. Screams "Outwards, bastards!" It is already smaller, the tone of comments mostly fatigue-grinding, the Minister of Sports Vitaly Mutko, in the intervals between the rounds, even managed to obey the world sports community for the athletes-interpreters, but all the gestures for the urgent fixation of the image are too convulsive to convince the rest of the world of sincere purity of thoughts and affairs.

The odious Soviet Union with its absolutely ideologized policy in the field of sports looked at least monumentally - it is impossible to imagine that even in the midst of the Cold War, they tried to exclude him from the world sports movement. Russia in its attempts to comply with the respected predecessor-monster today looks like a naughty dark person who is feverishly trying to stay in a decent society. The totality of the collision, of course, raises questions, the consequences will be sad not only for Russia, which Thomas Bach understands very well. But if in the documents based on the results of the investigation the phrase “state system” in conjunction with the words “Russia” and “doping” will sound irrefutable, there will be no longer backwards.

Nothing, we will slowly return to amateur sources, workers of the Spartakiads, the TRP all -around, the bast shoe and the “wall to the wall” (although we have already returned to the last fun). The vector is not the first to change the vector - we will save a bunch of money, we will restore identity, we will cleanse from the infection.

True, we are unlikely to stop doping even at an amateur level. I have such a suspicion.
