In the Kurgan region over the past 5 years-from January 2011 to January 2016-more than 100 municipal-mainly rural and small-schools were closed. Of the 628, 523 remained. Under conversations about “effectiveness” and “patriotic education”, the authorities erase traces of labor of teachers who died in the war and worked in the rear.
Zyryanka - a village in the west of the Kataysky district of the Kurgan region. In September 2013, the Zyryanskaya Basic School of the Nine did not open the door for students, for the first time since 1871, when it (then two-year) was created.
“The village did not immediately agree with the closure of the school,” says the Zyryansk librarian Ekaterina Chernoskutova. - Several times I came to persuade the then head of the district department of education of Freshinin.
Catherine leads me through the building of the former "beginning". Now here is a structural unit of the Verkhneklyuchevskaya secondary school, namely a group of short -term stay (GCP) of children from 3 to 7 years old. They come in the first half of the day. Now 17 students of grades 1-9 are going to study at the top-key: half an hour there, back the same amount. But there is all the sanitary standards required: central heating, warm toilets.
Since 1900, 149 teachers managed to work in the Zyryansk school. In 1931, it was a four -year "school of collective farm youth." By 1936 he became a seven -year -old. By 1939 - nine -year -old. In 1941, the first release of tenth graders was supposed to take place. The facts were explained by the fact that the social fabric was far from the Front of Trans-Ural life, the facts were explained: only in 1961 the school again became an eight-year-old, only in 1988-nine-year-old. It took 50 years to return to the pre -war level: 1939-1988.
In the exposition of the school museum - the names of directors. In the early 1940s, the director was Alexander Ivanovich Fedorov, one of the few then rural teachers with a university education. Father of four children, he died 30 years old in 1943. In the late 1930s, the director was one of the organizers of the Trans-Ural Public Education, a graduate of the Perm Perm Palace Institute, Marianna Alekseevna Vishnyakova. I know the details of the biographies because in the 1936/37 academic year the director was a 21-year-old teacher of mathematics and physics Ivan Dmitrievich Berdnikov, my grandfather; He died 26-year-olds in December 1941.
The promising lives were seething in the former volost village of Zyryanka. There was a commercial bank, a trading street of stone stores and a magnificent temple in the style of the Alexander Empire.
I walk around the village, and my gaze constantly falls on the decaying, ancient, dilapidated. And what should have happened that in 2013 a school, which was 8 years old before the 150th anniversary, was closed?
“The alternative to closing was the abandonment of primary school,” says the former primary school teacher of the Zyryansk secondary school, and now the head teacher for educational work and the teacher of the Verkhneklyuchevsky school Zulfiya Lopatin. -But this did not go for this due to the inconsistency of the conditions of sanitary standards; We would simply not let us work big fines. I am negative about the closure of the school: children are far away, it’s especially difficult for the little ones.

Ivan Gora looks at the bell tower of the temple-a rock over the Sinara river. In the recorded local legends about Ivan Gore, along with the beauty Sinara and the brave miass (another Ural river), Neptune, Hephaestus and Eol operate. The Greeks reached the Urals, and fairy tales here are not barbaric. Barbaric here ... life.
There is no water supply and gas in the village, the Internet is only in the village council. There is no radio either. If the electricity is disconnected, neither emergency message about emergencies, nor "get up, the country is huge!" They will not hear here. With me, electricians were just “cut down the light” for the lack of prepayment.
“The old people who have no children no longer come to meetings,” Nina Lyozhina, the head of the Kataysky District Education Department, is no longer approved by their horror, but the regional administration manager. When I appear in her office with the question of the fate of the Zyryansk school, she goes on the offensive:
- There are only 20 children in the village, the school building - emergency, pre -revolutionary construction. Have you been in the initial one? This is not the worst building, but in the building where the subject teaching was carried out - the ceiling fell. We needed to fulfill the requirements of sanitary standards, norms and rules, improve the quality of education. Therefore, it was necessary to carry children to the Verkhneklyuchevsky school. There is a higher level of pedagogical personnel. It is difficult to keep small schools. Therefore, we put our parents on the bus, took us to the Verkhneklyuchevsky school, showed that they were waiting for their children.
Parents were broken, children were not asked, teachers were interested. But there are also other, invisible variables in the optimization equation. Shadows of forgotten ancestors.
- The work of previous generations has been invested in the school. Its director was our colleague, chemist and biologist Alexander Fedorov; Burned in the tank. Before him, the historian Marianna Vishnyakova, awarded the medal “For selfless work during the Great Patriotic War” and the Order of “Badge of Honor”. And other teachers who died in the war. What to do with this?
My make -up artists thinks and changes the register - to a higher one:
- Honor and praise to those people, I bow to veterans.
“They were not veterans,” I interrupt the Veteran Mantra. - They were young flowering people who managed to invest energy and knowledge only in a Zyryansk school. With the closure of the school, their peaceful work is “canceled”. Is this in good conscience?
- But for the sake of their memory it is impossible to save school. Then we need to cancel all the sanpines, ”says Freshinin with a sigh of relief.
It is impossible to save the school for the memory of those who died in the war; And you can flutter their total memory for the sake of "patriotic education"?
I return to Kurgan - to look for the sources of “efficiency” in the regional department of education and science, for which children from 100 closed Ural schools are shaking in buses for an hour a day. Multiply by the number of regions of Russia by which this "innovation" is rolling to understand the scale.
“We have big problems with mathematics, very acute: in the region the main exam in mathematics, 64% of nine -graders wrote on deuces,” says Elena Sitnikova, head of the general education department.
In the Kingdom of Economic Tsiphiri, children ceased to cope with algebra. Mathematics is not about numbers, but about proper thinking.
- If the districts have no money, how to maintain a school? - Asks Sitnikova. - network optimization is carried out in accordance with the “road map”: there is a federal; there is a regional prepared on its basis; And there is a map in each municipality, which is approved by a resolution of the head of the administration. For example, “2016 is the liquidation of branches, 2017 is a reorganization by joining schools”. The Ministry of Finance sent a letter addressed to the governor about the ineffective use of budget funds: the all -Russian indicator of the number of students for one pedagogical worker is 11.2, and in 2015 we had less than 10 in the region. We are not forced to close schools from Moscow, they simply say: “Effective, effectively led”. And we say to the municipalities: "Do not put the economic effect at the forefront." Moreover, sometimes the supply of children is more expensive than the content of the school. We are all Soviet teachers, we want the money not to prevail, and everything was directed to the student.
I read the best judgment about the Soviet era in a commentary on an unknown reader: communism was alive while people brought up under the king lived. The primordial Soviet people - including teachers - gave the legacy of their ancestors to the "hands of the market."
On April 4, a single lesson of courage was held in the Trans-Urals in the commemoration of the close 75th anniversary of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War. The motto of the event is not the words of sadness about the lost lives, but the river with an eye on the future: “Russia is our homeland! And protect her - to us! " I’ll ask: "Have you already attacked?"
233 people were called up from Zyryanka, 177 - they did not return. Now 150 people live in the village. If effective managers think that there is someone to protect them and their “social state” - Patriarch Kirill to help them.
I can’t help but see one thing in what is happening: the nature of the weak, but greedy national capital, ready to pull all the juices from his country, but is not able to beat competitors from others. He cannot relate to a person other than raw materials. Efficiency needs to be worshiped - this koshchei, destructing and stagnating the people of Russia.
But something suggests that Koschey will once fall from Ivan Gory.
Elena Berdnikova - especially for "New",

Optimization of the network of educational organizations of the Kurgan region has been carried out in a planned manner since 2013 in accordance with the plan of measures (“Roadmap”) of the Kurgan region for 2013-2018, approved by order of the Government of the Kurgan Region dated May 16, 2014 No. 122-r. One of the indicators of the “road map” is the number of students for 1 teacher, for 2016 the planned value of this indicator is 11.2 people.
The main goal of the reorganization is the creation of large educational complexes in which educational, personnel and material and technical resources are concentrated, the conditions for the real choice by high school students of the learning profile of at least four profiles.
The decision on the reorganization or liquidation of the municipal general education organization located in the rural settlement is not allowed without taking into account the opinions of residents of this rural settlement.
