The head of the investigative group in the case of the murder of Nemtsov, Major General of Justice Nikolai Tutichich of the elimination of violations, is also announced in paper.

After the murder, it was said in paper, Dadaev was hiding in the apartment of Geremeyev on Vernaya Street in Moscow. During the investigation, he continued Tutichevich, they said that in fact, neither Dadaev nor Geremeyev was sent on business trips, and the found certificates were issued for other persons. Thus, the investigator concluded, some persons had access to the stamp of the North and the forms of documents. Meanwhile, according to paper, the business trip certificate of Dadaev, like his documents of an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, could be used in preparing the murder.

"Thus, the improper performance of official duties by military personnel and employees of military unit No. 4156 was the cause and condition of the committing and concealment of the murder," Talvich concluded.
