Six people died in Texas due to powerful and prolonged rainfalls

The body of one of the dead was found in the shallow water of the Sipress Creek River. She and her friends were driving in a car that was picked up by the waters of a spilled river. Passengers managed to get out of the car and get to land, but the woman was carried away 14 kilometers downstream.

The body of another victim was discovered by the crew of the rescue helicopter near Ostin. Four more people, according to the Washington district authorities, were discovered by the dead on Saturday, May 28.

The floods provoked a riot in a prison located a hundred kilometers from Houston. The institution was de -energized, but the guards were able to pacify about 50 prisoners escaping from the cameras.
