The Oktyabrsky District Court of Vladimir sentenced the 29-year-old local resident Mikhail Beijing to five years in strict regime for xenophobic publications on VKontakte. This was reported by the Center "Owl".

Beijing was declared guilty under part 2 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremism via the Internet). As the regional prosecutor’s office previously transferred , he pleaded guilty.

Such a term was scheduled by Beijing by the aggregate of sentences, reports 33 province. On August 18, Beijing was convicted under part 1 of Article 161 of the Criminal Code (robbery) for stole a kilogram of dried octopus from the counter, and on October 6 under part 1 of Article 111 (intentional infliction of serious harm to health). Under article 280, the court appointed him two years in prison.

As stated in the case, since 2009, Beijing adheres to Nazi views and, in particular, opposed the residence of natives of the Caucasus and Central Asia in Russia. In July 2014 - at the request of the prosecutor’s office, “with the aim of promoting the ideology of national socialism among an unlimited circle of people - Internet users” - he opened his page under the pseudonym Mikha Konyvy on VKontakte.

The case was made on the fact of four publications on this page made in September 2014 - August 2015. The first of these publications is the recording of the song "Argentina" "Sex, Fight". What are the rest of the three posts, it is not indicated - it is only noted that Beijing also placed other audio, as well as photographs, at least one of which was accompanied by an obscene signature.

There are two Beijing VK pages under the pseudonym Mikha Konyvy on the network, however, none of them could be found on any of them. At the same time, the first of the pages found since the fall of 2014 was not updated, and the second publication refers only to May 2015. Thus, none of these pages correspond to the description in the case file.

What structure led the investigation in the case is unknown. According to Article 151 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Code of Criminal Procedure under the 280th article of the Criminal Code, the FSB is under investigation, however, there are cases when, due to certain circumstances, the special services transmitted the investigation of the case opened by it in this article in the Investigative Committee. What measure of restraint was chosen by Beijing before the sentence was also not reported.

The indictment in the case was approved in early May, the first deputy prosecutor of the region, Nikolai Khlustikov.
