In addition, earlier rumors appeared in the media about Apple's intention to refuse to release 7S and 7S Plus models in 2017 - instead of them, the company can release the radically updated iPhone 8.

The possible transition of Apple to a new smartphone renewal scheme will have a significant impact on suppliers of components for the iPhone, however, as the Phone Arena notes, so far it can not be excluded that the extension of the iPhone generation of the generation can become one -time.

In 2015, Apple sold 230 million iPhone smartphones, but this year analysts expect that sales volumes of devices will be lower. So, according to the results of the 1st quarter, Apple reported on a noticeable fall in sales and a decrease in revenue.
