The Moscow road inspectorate will soon begin to be fined for parking on lawns, reports M24.ru.
According to MADI, the certification of the "Mobile Inspector" complex is currently completed in the part that allows the inspection employees to record such offenses in automatic mode.

The fine for parking on lawns will amount to five thousand rubles for citizens, 30 thousand rubles for officials and 300 thousand for legal entities. Amendments to the metropolitan Code of Administrative Offenses, thanks to which MADI employees received the right to fine the car on lawns, were adopted by the Moscow City Duma at the end of March.
The coordinator of the Blue Buckets Public Movement Peter Shkumatov said that parking on lawns is now almost controlled by anyone. “Ecologists should do this, but they have no tools or the opportunity. Madi employees have experience in regulating parking rules on city streets, and now a tool will appear in the form of an application,” the expert noted.
However, according to him, now in the legislation the concept of "lawn" is very vague, so there are many nuances. In addition, it is not clear how the violators will record in winter when the lawn and asphalt are under the snow.
