In the Basmanny court they again drew up a protocol for applause

According to the May 6 Committee on Twitter, in the Basmanny Court, a woman who came to support the person involved in the Bolotnaya case, Maxim Panfilov, was issued an administrative protocol for applause. The bailiffs announced that applause is prohibited in the courthouse.

Earlier in the same court there were already similar stories in January and April . January 27 Protocol under Art. 17.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (failure to comply with a lawful order of a bailiff) was drawn up against a person who came to court to another person involved in the Bolotnaya case, Dmitry Buchenkov. On April 8, under the same article, offenses were filed against two supporters of Panfilov at a preventive trial.
