How does the scientist’s path begin? That's right, from the school bench! And what do our school years associate with? Not only with homework and cramming, but also with other things that raised us in their own eyes. Remember the pioneering years, a tie that was with a red banner of the color of one? Romance! And of course, the fact that with the collapse of the Soviet Union it left was sad.

But to our happiness, our national leader thought about this and last year issued a decree “On the creation of an all-Russian public-state children and youth organization“ Russian Movement of Schoolchildren ”(RDSh)”. On May 19, at my native Moscow State University, the results of the first Congress of the RDSH were summed up. Welcoming the participants, our native minister Dmitry Livanov noted the symbolism of the congress on the Pioneer Day, saying: “This speaks of the revival of the best traditions of student self -government. - And he emphasized: - The task of the Russian movement of schoolchildren is precisely in order for every schoolboy to reveal his talent and become a worthy citizen and patriot of his country. "

Beautiful words! And organizationally everything is designed in the best way: the principle of competitiveness and voluntariness is based on the movement, as the head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Sergey Pospelov at the Constituent Assembly dedicated to the formation of movement said. It will be possible to join the RDSh on a voluntary basis for all children who have reached eight years.

I was always proud of how student self -government was organized at the university: the student council of Moscow State University is headed by beautiful boys and girls, he is preparing excellent management personnel for the university itself. No wonder, oh, it is not for nothing that the former head of the Student Council Ilya Ilyin became the dean of the almost author's faculty of global processes! And before my mental gaze, the picture flashed, how the child enters the RDSh, then - into the Studs council, revealing his talent and improving in self -government, and then ... and then a failure - what's next?

The logical trajectory of the development of vivid creative personalities would be the transition from student self -government through self -government of the student to, so to speak, self -government of the scientist. But only where is it, who saw him?

Is it in former academic institutions, is it self -government? It seems to me that many Fano institutions are still sewn up by the reform of the Russian Academy of Sciences, groaned from bureaucratization and strangulation of self -government; Therefore, there is a certain complexity and you need to make efforts to understand how everything can be established here.

And when I was thinking about it, it came to my mind with a wonderful weak: in former academic institutions, of course, it was not necessary to breed self -government and democracy - it was not for that that they carried out the reform. There you should restore order and vertical, transfer, as in universities, all to temporary rates, so that if anyone would pick it out that it was wrong, I would immediately find it behind the fence. But we have an organization that is a stronghold of self -organization and self -government of scientists! The organization, which act truly on the principles of voluntariness and competitiveness, is the Russian Academy of Sciences. Not from eight, however, years, but rather from eighty, but not the point - all the ages are submissive to reveal talent and professional growth!

Already now, in certain circles, a revival began, associated with the approach of long -existing academic elections: both old and inflorescences are wiped with dusty diplomas and build multi -way combinations. But so far there is a significant order on the path to implementing plans to build a scientific self -government: RAS exists in the form of a budget institution, and this, you yourself understand, law and order.

No, a truly free organization in this format cannot and should not exist! It is necessary to reject the budgetary bonds and create an all-Russian public-state organization of adult scientists “The Russian Academy of Sciences”, realizing the treasured reformist dream of Dmitry Viktorovich: the Academy of Sciences should become a club of scientists free from property care.

Then finally we will be able to destroy the genuine trajectory of self -governing development and professional growth of a person from 8 to 80 - from RDSh to Duran!
