year 2001. Terrorist attack in Tel Aviv disco

15 years ago, on June 1, 2001, a suicide bomber from the Palestinian Islamic Jihad organization blew himself up at the entrance to the Dolphi discotheque in Tel Aviv. 21 people were killed and 120 wounded. The victims of the attack were mostly teenage repatriates from the former USSR. The terrorist's family received benefits from the Palestinian Authority.
