The speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk Region Andrei Shimkiv questioned the calculations of the regional Ministry of Transport on daily traffic on the fourth bridge through the Ob. The draft resolution “On the conclusion of a concession agreement on the construction and operation on a paid basis of the bridge crossing of the Ob River in the alignment of the street of the Ippidemskaya Novosibirsk”.

According to the Minister of Transport and Road Facilities of the region Sergey Titov, financial support of the agreement takes into account the forecast financing of the project in the total amount of 49.687 billion rubles, including at the expense of inter -budget transfers from the federal budget in the amount of 25.368 billion rubles, the funds of the regional budget will amount to 4.058 billion rubles, extra -budgetary sources (private means investor) - 20.261 billion rubles.
