In the same correctional facility, another convict in the Bolotnaya case, Dmitry Ishevsky, is serving a term, who was sentenced to three years and two months in prison.
Ivan Nepomnyashchikh was detained on February 25, 2015 and placed under house arrest the next day on suspicion of participating in the mass riots that allegedly took place on Bolotnaya Square on May 6, 2012, and of using violence against two policemen. On December 22, 2015, the court sentenced him to two and a half years in prison in a penal colony.
