The court sentenced Yakhiev to four years and one month of a maximum security colony, Aleppov - by four years.

“In addition, it was recognized as proven that in February 2010 (Zinnurov) together with the 30-year-old Marat Yafarov and 27-year-old financial consultant to the local bank Ivan Familynov, under a fictional pretext, extorted 50 thousand rubles from a resident of Kazan. Having not received the desired, the attackers took the victim to Ulyanovsk, where they kept it within two days,”- reported in the prosecutor's office.

Yafarov was found guilty under paragraph "A" of part 2 of Article 163 and sentenced to 5 years 8 months of a maximum security colony. Famyannov was convicted under the same article for two years in one month in prison.
