In Ulyanovsk, a court sentenced Eduard Zinnurov, the son of former deputy regional governor Vildan Zinnurov, to 6.5 years in a maximum security colony. He was found guilty of causing grievous bodily harm, battery, threatening to kill and extortion.
According to the regional prosecutor's office, on December 30, 2014, Zinnurov and his friends beat a man with whom he had a conflict on the road, as well as his brother, a police officer. He shot the last one in the head with a traumatic pistol.

Rustam Yakhiev and Kamil Aleev, who were convicted in the first episode, were sentenced to 4 years and 1 month and 4 years in a maximum security colony, respectively.
