Anton Nosik's case was transferred to court

The criminal case of the blogger Anton Nosik with the approved indictment was sent to the court for consideration on the merits. He is accused of committing a crime under the 282nd article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (excitement of hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity).

This was reported by Interfax with reference to the official representative of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) in Moscow to Julia Ivanov.

“The investigating authorities of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Moscow completed an investigation into a criminal case against Anton Nosik accused of committing a crime under paragraph 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation . The investigation collected a sufficient evidence base, in connection with what a criminal case with the approved indictment was sent to the court for consideration on the merits, ”Ivanova said.

“Hurray, I will soon turn from the accused of the defendant,” commented Anton Nosik on Facebook.

The case under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, in relation to the Nosik, the TFR opened last fall in connection with his post to “erase Syria from the face of the Earth”, published in the “Live Journal”, in which the blogger supported the Middle East operation of the air cosmic forces of the Russian Federation.

In March, the blogger was interrogated as a suspect. According to his lawyer, "during the interrogation, he gave detailed explanations." On April 26, the nose was officially charged under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code.
