
The judge of the Sverdlovsk district court of Kostroma, Igor Zagarov, sentenced the ex-head of the election headquarters of the Democialization Andrei Pivovarov to a fine of 1.5 million rubles, Interfax reports . Both are found guilty under Part 3 of Article 272 (unlawful access to computer information committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy or organized group). On Monday, during the debate, the prosecutor requested for Pivovarov three years conditionally with a fine of 2.25 million rubles. For Nikonorov, the prosecutor demanded six years with a three millionth fine.
Pivovarov and Nikonorovwere detained by police operatives on July 27, 2015. According to the deputy chairman of Parnassus Ilya Yashin, Pivovarov came to the department to his friend Nikonorov to check the data of citizens who put signatures for nomination of the demo analysis to the September elections to the regional Duma . The policeman led the functionary to his office and asked to wait. Soon after, the operatives burst there and, having detained both, sent them to the regional head of the TFR.
July 29, the judge of the Sverdlovsk District Court of Kostroma Dmitry Balaev arrested Nikonorov and Pivovarov for two months ( 

On July 31, it became known that Nikonorov at a confrontation with a politician admitted his reservation under the pressure of the operatives . The policeman explained that he was threatened by deprivation of liberty if he did not testify to Pivovarov. To the direct question of Pivovarov’s lawyers, whether the politician made the illegal actions imputed to him, Nikonorov answered negatively.
On September 25, the Sverdlovsk District Court of Kostroma decided to let Pivovarov release 1 million rubles. Nikonorov was later transferred under house arrest.
On May 17, 2016, Pivovarov was included in the list of candidates of Open Russia in the September elections to the State Duma. The functionary will run from Parnassus.
