The Tver District Court of Moscow sentenced to 30 days the administrative arrest of Roman Ruslovtsev for the action "I'm not afraid of 212.1". This was reported by civil activist Maxim Chekanov.
In the afternoon of Friday, the police detained Roslovtsev on Red Square, the correspondent of the "faces" reports. It was the eleventh walk of the activist in the mask of Vladimir Putin in protest against Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code on repeated violations at rallies.
“Either they will cancel this article, or put me. If they put me, it will be completely ridiculous. It was my plan initially, I just go to it systematically,” said Roslovtsev before the action. “The main plan is the abolition of this article. If you need to sit down, I will sit down.”
Raslovtsev put on a mask of Putin and with a poster "I am not afraid of 212.2" in his hands went along Nikolskaya Street to the Kremlin. The activist managed to take about a dozen steps on the paving stones of Red Square before the police lieutenant colonel stopped him. Roslovtsev was put in a police car and taken to the China-Gorod police department. From there he was taken to court.
