In Spain, they began to build safe houses for allergies

The German company Baufritz has become one of the pioneers in the field of ecological houses in Europe. In the year, her factory in Erkhaim (Bavaria) produces an average of 250 houses that are made from materials that do not pollute the environment. Today, many competitors of Baufritz are different in that allergies and people who suffer from chronic and oncopularities often live in her homes. The first such house recently appeared in Spain, tells noticia.ru .

This house is located in the municipality of Miraflores de la-Sierra (Madrid).
All structural elements were produced in Erkhaim and delivered to the capital's suburbs on several trucks for the final assembly. The project was developed by the Hollegha Arquitectos Madrid studio, one of the main tasks of which was to bring the production system in accordance with the requirements of Spanish legislation and obtaining the necessary licenses.

“We clearly understood that we wanted to live in the most healthy atmosphere, and we knew that in Germany the Baufritz buildings are a standard in the field of environmentally friendly construction. In Spain, we did not find anything like that, and made a choice in favor of this system,” said the owner of the house ana Bartolome.

The basis of the Baufritz system is an integral outer wall of sandwich panels 37 cm thick with a wooden structure. Its inside is also made of wood. In addition, it includes a patented thermal insulation system. The grounded panel of natural gypsum and coal serves to protect against fire and allows you to reduce the influence of electromagnetic waves from the external environment by 99%. Toxic materials in the construction of houses are not used.

The construction in Miraflores with an area of ​​265 square meters was also equipped with a natural ventilation system, filtering pollen and harmful particles and reducing energy loss due to temperature difference.

Each house is being built according to an individual project. Construction is carried out very quickly: housing gathers in two days on a pre -prepared foundation, and finishing work takes about four months.
Depending on the materials used, the cost of the house from Baufritz varies from 2000 to 3000 euros per square meter.
