Muscovites wrote 1000 letters to Juliet, confessing their feelings

In two weeks, Moscow schoolchildren sent about a thousand letters to the Juliet club, located in the Italian Verona.

According to the M24 , the Russian Post opened a special department - "Juliet Post" - as part of the interactive exhibition of the Alusion "Shakespeare/Secret/400" in the mansion of the Saltykov -Digtovs.

Visitors to the exposition were offered the opportunity to share their feelings with the heroine of Shakespeare's immortal work in letters and postcards and lower the envelopes to an old Pa swearing box. Those senders who indicated their return address can receive an answer from the Italian beauty.

The report notes that visitors to the exhibition compose poetry to Juliet, consult her in love affairs, give her advice. For example, young Margarita is trying to find out “what is love”, and the ten -year -old Polina noted that they and the Romeo “good couple” and recommended Juliet to be “embarrassing”.

The collected messages will be presented at the exhibition as exhibits, and then will be sent to Verona.
