In nuclear energy, the trade union and management have long built an effective system of relations, this experience is adopted in other industries. The Rosenergoatom concern continues to be a positive example, which for an open dialogue of social partners has chosen the form of permanent quarterly meetings. We held another such meeting in Desnogorsk on June 9, on the eve of the conference of the labor collective.

Our strategic task remains unchanged - protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the union members, although the methods of solving it change depending on the circumstances. Often in disputes we are looking for a compromise, the negotiation process of defending positions can be long and difficult, but the employer never drops the position of social partners from accounts, listens, explains the prerequisites for making certain managerial decisions.
