Special forces storm the store where the militants, Aktobe, Kazakhstan, June 5, 2016 disappeared
It seems that they had everything according to plan: at first - an attack on the Pallas and Panther weapons stores (their owners are Russians). Then, armed with hunting and traumatic weapons, part of the gang captured a route bus and, raising the gates of the barracks of the national guard in the city, tried to get to the warehouses with a “real” weapon. The calculation was the surprise and audacity of the attack. The attack choked: some of the militants were killed on the spot, some were captured, several managed to hide.
After the head flew: the first deputy was arrested. Prosecutor General of Kazakhstan Ilyas Bakhtybaev, former head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the South Kazakhstan region, Major General Khibrutulla Doskaliev, another high-ranking rank from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and two commanders of military units.
Who
The first reaction of the official Astana: in Aktobe, a gang of religious extremists made an attempt to coup. According to the statement of the National Security Committee (KNB) of Kazakhstan, militants are representatives of the non -traditional movements of Islam. President Nursultan Nazarbayev initially picked up the version of the KNB. But not a single fact in favor of this version neither he nor the security officials brought.
On the day of the attack on the Internet, a statement was extended to anyone unknown “Army of the Liberation of Kazakhstan”, which took responsibility for what happened to ourselves: “We, supporters of the democratic development of Kazakhstan, opponents of the dictatorship of Klika Nazarbayev, today in Aktobe gave the first battle to the bandits who seized our country.”
In whose interests
Events in Aktobe gave rise to a whole bouquet of conspiracy hypotheses.
The first deputy head of the Federation Council of the Federation Council, Franz Klintsevich, spotted an American mark: they say that the US special services were directly headed by the militants. The senator, however, admitted that he had no evidence, but there is no doubt about his own rightness. Why do America all this? Answer: To sow the discord between Kazakhstan and Russia.
The president of the Institute of the Middle East Yevgeny Satanovsky has its own version: behind everything is Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Türkiye. Why? Yes, because it turns out that these countries made it a rule to maintain radicals outside their territories. With facts, however, Satanovsky also has a problem.
As a result, he bowed to the version of the external conspiracy, withstanding a three -day pause, and Nursultan Nazarbayev. Events in Aktobe talk about attempts on instructions from abroad to organize a “color revolution” in the country, Elbasy (Leader) said in an appeal to the nation.
The oligarch for whipping
But the special services of Kazakhstan of organizing an attack for some reason were immediately accused of the local oligarch Tokhtar Tuleshev, the owner of a beer plant in Shymkent. In their opinion, Tuleshev pulled the threads from the prison chamber, where the deadline is now serving. Tuleshev is known as an absolutely pro -Russian public figure: he acted in defense of the Russian language in Kazakhstan, patronized Cossack organizations, and under his name there were books with Panagirics Putin - “The Great Integrator of Eurasia”. Everywhere wherever possible, Tulevshev protruded his cooperation with the Russian parliament in the field of security. At the end of 2015, he created his own Videau-Orleu movement-there were elections to the Kazakh parliament on his nose. It was then that he was arrested. And in the future - they hung all the dogs on him.
In the spring of this year, unrest began in Kazakhstan due to land reform. The people were rallying under the slogans "We will not let the Chinese buy our country." Tuleshev was immediately accused of organizing protests.
And now - an attack on the military unit in Aktobe. Who is to blame? Tuleshev, of course!
The first deputy head of the Committee on Defense and Security of the Council of the Federation Franz Klintsevich spotted an American mark: they say that the fighters were directly led by US intelligence services
And now we compare the two facts: at first the KNB claims that the pro-Russian oligarch is behind the terrorist attack in Aktobe, and Nazarbayev states three days later that the attacks were organized according to the instructions from abroad. So what is the “abroad” meant? Is Nazarbayev hinting at Moscow? Who said that the oligarch acting as the Kremlin lobby for Nazarbayev should not cause suspicion? The Kazakh leader could well recall the recent story: Donbass, Spring of 2014, “Maidan” against the “Russian World”, and suddenly a small group of Igor Girkin-Strelkov appears, captures the buildings of the SBU, police and the city administration, arms shops in Slavyansk. Then the capture of military units begins. Then Alexander Borodai arrives from Moscow - for a political representative office. And behind all this, the figure of the oligarch-patriot Konstantin Malofeev looms ...
Information for thought
Two weeks before the events in Aktobe, on the government of the Government of the Orenburg Region bordering with Kazakhstan, news suddenly appeared about the "Emergency Meeting of the Government of the Orenburg Region on urgent measures in connection with tragic events in the northern regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan." The meeting allegedly was about "the subversive activities of Kazakh nationalists and the fifth column that joined them." The governor of the Orenburg region was attributed to the message: “Kazakhstan <...> showed his true person, on which the animal grin of Russophobia and nationalism was now clearly appeared <...> we are ready to respond to the provocations of Kazakh Nazis and their overseas puppeteers.” According to the news on the site, the meeting took place on May 23, although the news itself appeared on May 21.
Judging by the dates, in this case we are talking about the so -called canned food - in journalistic jargon, this is the news written in advance to the event. The file could prematurely get into open access for the negligence of the site moderator or due to the editor error. The Orenburg authorities, however, said that the site was hacked by hackers.
On May 21, it was easy to believe that hackers were to blame for everything. But two weeks later, Orenburg news began to be perceived in a completely different way, even if the events in it were not quite accurate, and with the date we missed ... believe that we are dealing with a chain of strange coincidences, and not with a banal leak, now it is difficult.
But to assume that at least in two weeks, no later than May 21, in some Russian structures a reaction to the events in Aktobe was worked out, which in reality occurred only on June 5 - already oh how easy it is.
