According to him, the Russians who were charged with administrative offenses, "probably a couple of days later ... will be sent to their homeland with a ban on returning to France and to the Schengen zone for some time."

Meanwhile, The Guardian reports with reference to the British police officer Mark Roberts, sent to participate in the operation in Marseille that about 300 Russian fans participated in the fights - much more than English.

In total, in the clashes of Russian and English fans in Marseille, which occurred on June 10-11, on the eve of the match of the European Football Championship, at least 35 people were injured . It was reported that four victims are in hospitals in critical condition. There are no Russians among them. As reported, five Russian fans received only easy injuries.
