
The winner of the 27th open Russian festival "Kinotavr" , held from June 6 to 13, was the film of Oksana Karas "Good Boy", according to the official website of the film festival.
The drama of Kirill Serebrennikov “Pupil”, which was previously presented in one of the programs of the Cannes Film Festival, was recognized as the best directorial work. The prize for the best debut went to Denis Shabaev's film "Alien Work".
A special prize of the festival for his contribution to Russian and world cinema received Soviet and Russian director Sergei Bodrov, author of the film "Caucasian captive". He also wrote scripts for the paintings "East - West", "Sisters", "Daughter of Yakuza", "Our Man in San Remo", etc.
The film "Good Boy" tells about the love of a teenager nine-grader for his teacher, whom the school principal also experiences feelings. Cast Semen Treskunov, Mikhail Efremov, Tatyana Dogilev, Konstantin Khabensky.
The latter, by the way, received a reward for the best male role. True, Khabensky was awarded for a role in the film by Alexei Krasovsky "Collector", in which he plays a man who knocked out debts from non -payers. The hero of the picture at a certain moment himself becomes a victim of persecution. The best actress was Natalya Pavlenkova, who played in the picture of Ivan Tverdovsky "Zoology".
The closing ceremony was held at the Winter Theater in Sochi, at the main site "Kinotavra".
