The real name of the deceased - Ibrahim Avvad Ibrahim Ali al -Badri. He was born on July 28, 1971 in the area of ​​the Iraqi city of Samarra. Received the theological education; It is claimed that over 10 years, until 2004, lived at the mosque in Baghdad.

In 2003, after the start of the American operation against the regime of Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein, Ibrahim Avvad acted as a co-founder of the armed organization "Jamaat Jaysh Ahl As-Sunna Val-Jamaa" and took the post of head of the Sharia committee in it.
