Municipal deputy Tatyana Mikhailova, who was detained on June 14 on Ivanovskaya Street, where the confrontation between residents of the neighboring houses of the Dubki Park and developers continues, was charged with a protocol under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer). As Mikhailova told OVD-Info, for this she was transferred from the duty unit of the 111th police department to the police department in the Timiryazevsky district on Ivanovskaya, 30.
Tatyana Mikhailova noted that she did not agree with the charges brought against her, because at the time of her arrest, together with the residents, she carried out environmental monitoring, during which they managed to identify an offense on the part of the park developer. It consisted in the fact that trucks with soil were going to go from the construction site to the streets of the city, on which there was no tent covering necessary for the transportation of bulk cargo. To fix this circumstance and impose a fine on the violators, Mikhailova called the traffic police, whose arrival she was waiting for along with the residents when she was detained.
The municipal deputy added that in the police department she got acquainted with the protocol drawn up against her, at the moment she is finishing her explanations about the incident, after which she will be released. They promised to notify Mikhailov about the upcoming trial in the case.
